Hygiene bar supplies range of digital thermometers is the ideal kitchen gadget for measuring the temperature of foods and liquids. They are much more accurate than conventional “analogue” mercury based thermometers and have that added reliability that is so necessary when dealing with health and safety.This economical digital T-shaped thermometer features an easy to read LCD display and is specifically designed to be easy to use, given its unique T-shaped design. The accuracy of this thermometer is astonishing: the unit has a 0.1c or 0.1f (depending on mode) read out over the range of -50 to +150c. It comes incorporated with a C/F switch making measuring in two different units very easy!
It is supplied complete rigid, pointed stainless steel penetration probe (measuring 4cm diameter, 125mm length). It is also supplied with a probe cover and incorporating pocket clip.
